Our community is regulated by a non-profit association. The Declaration of Covenants, Articles of Incorporation, and By-Laws are referred to as the Governing Documents. The Governing Documents illustrate the functionality of the Home Owners Association (HOA) and the Board of Directors.
In purchasing your home in La Cuentista I Subdivision, you agreed to abide by the Governing Documents. If you are in noncompliance, you will be notified and given reasonable opportunity to correct the problem. If noncompliance continues, the Association can and will impose fines. When necessary, the Association will initiate legal proceedings. It is, therefore, important that you familiarize yourself with the Governing Documents.
These guidelines are designed to control the maintenance of our surroundings and to provide a safe and attractive environment. Should you have any questions about the Governing Documents, or if you did not receive a copy, contact the HOA management office or any member of the Board and /or you can download it under Vital Documents.
